Lose It! Challenges are designed to allow your to compete against friends (both head to head and team-based). You can setup a challenge to lose or maintain weight, burn calories, log exercise minutes, and more.  Select the trophy in the app or challenges online and search for EBC Get Fit.  Enter Both Individual Challenges and the Team challenge if you are on a team. Start Logging your activites and food and it will update your progress in the challenges

Individuals compete head to head in GetFit challenge beginning May 30th for 12 weeks. EBC Workouts: See who can log the most workouts between all the participants in a challenge. EBC Days Logged: You can compete with others to see who can log food the longest! If you miss even a day of tracking your calories you will fall behind in this challenge. (Please note that this type of challenge is only for food logging. At this time it's not customizable outside of logging of food.)​

Individual Challenge


Teams compete head to head in a challenge with specific start and end dates. Ex:EBC Days Logged Challenge (a challenge for everyone on your team to log food and exercise the most days during the challenge? EBC Workout Challenge (See who can log the most workouts between all the participants in a challenge. What is a workout? A workout is considered any exercise which burns as many calories as about a 45 minute walk (at 3.5 mph). If you log many smaller exercises, we'll add those up as well to see if they equal a workout. Workout challenges record a maximum of 3 workouts per day.)

Meet William Johnson of The Sweatbox. William is a native of Albany, GA and alum of Georgia State University. He is part owner and trainer at The Sweatbox Decatur located in Downtown Decatur. He has been working in the fitness industry for 5+ years where he has helped numerous clients lose 25+ pounds, trained athletes for better performance during competitions, and helped clients reached goals they never imagined. Bernard McCray - Fitness Instructor

Specialties:  HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), Bootcamp, Track Abs, and Small Group Training.

Born and raised in South Georgia, Bernard has always been an athlete and used sports as his primary outlet to growing up in “the country”.  He played baseball and basketball in high school and college.  He’s a graduate of Columbus State University (GA). He is currently the Director of Black Student Achievement at Georgia State University and trains at Total Fitness Revolution in Mableton, GA (totalfitnessrevolution.com).  He’s also a member of EBC’s Inspirational Voices (IV). 


Marcie - Fitness Instructor

An ISSA Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist, and CPR/AED Certified.  I've been in the health, fitness, and wellness industry since 2012 and my love for the industry has grown to great extents over the past several years. I love sharing what I've learned and experienced on my health and fitness journey. As a result, I'm able to use my knowledge to get my clients in the best shape of their life!  Fitness is 'fun' and I'm sure to teach my clients this concept.
